You are welcome. No, I did not dig it up. But, somebody recently did. His wife's stone is there as well as Madison Jr.

Hello. You sponsored the memorial for Madison Walthall. I just added a gravestone photo. Thanks.

RE: Thomas Brown sponsorship
Mrs. Brown also was transferred. I love the newspaper articles! The word "jollification" was a highlight of the birth announcement.

They have a name for people like me, taphophile. I grew up around cemeteries and funerals. My father was a pastor. We played in cemeteries as kids. Just can't stay away! I have more time for this in the summer, but I'm afraid it's a bit of an addiction (you don't want to see my house... it's a mess!). My dad is also a genealogy nut. We find each other interesting but bore everyone around us.

It is very nice to meet you and I hope to keep in touch. Keep those edits coming, and don't be shy about requesting transfers. Less work for me in the long run!

Thomas Brown sponsorship
Thank you for the sponsorship! Would you like care of this memorial? I have no personal connection to this. This one is among thousands I've inherited as I photograph Sunset Cemetery extensively and had considerable correspondence with the original owner. Let me know. Thanks!

Eugene, I was just looking at photos you posted for Joseph A. Brown, I swear this man looks so much like my grandfather, Walter E. Brown of Henry County, Missouri...Some of his family left Missouri and settled in Kansas, just don't know much about the generations before Walter E. Brown, but he went to Garnett, Kansas and did an apprenticeship at the furniture factory there..His father, Robert P. Brown is buried at the Deepwater Missouri Cemetery as is his mother..Blessings to you...
