RE: Albert and Anna Taylor
Dear Kathy,
I am the granddaughter of Ethel Simplot Wisbey Osborn Fisk and sister of Rhonda. Orin and Lina Taylor Simplot were my Great Grandparents. I would love to share information. Currently I am working on some Taylors in Coldwater, Branch County, Michigan.

RE: Ellen & George Woods
I don't know a lot. I do know that their parents were Joseph and Polly. I believe they had a sister named Susanne. I was once in communication with one of her descendants and was told that she was a direct ancestor of William F Cody (buffalo Bill). As for what they were like, I don't know, but I have a photo somewhere of Ellen. I don't remember if I put it on f.a.g or not. I can tell you that though Ellen and George did not remain together, as they lived apart with different children, Ellen with Clarence and George with Lilly.

RE: Ellen & George Woods
Hello Kathy! I'm sorry I didn't get back to you before. I don't get on the site much anymore, and I must have missed the email. Whatever information I can offer I am glad to do so. The family name was Wood until my great grandfather Albert (Ellen and George's son) changed it for reasons not entirely known. I also believe that Geoge's middle initial was W, not P. I also believe that his father was George P, though I can't prove it due to the common nature of the name. Do you have any specific questions?

RE: Keith Family
Kathy, I am sorry that I can't help you out on James Taylor. All my research stays with the Keith line. In fact my records don't even have Abigal listed but I Googled Mary Ann and found 8 children and my information only show 6. My sister is the one doing most of the research, I will talk to her and see what she can come up with. Will let you know. Ron Keith

RE: James Albert Taylor
Not sure if it's the same line or not??? My wife is a Taylor and she is doing that research. In fact her name was Cathy Taylor until she married me. She read your note and is going to look into it. She did have some relatives that may have gone out west. Most of her Taylors are from Kentucky and Virginia are yours originally from there by chance? Is it possible for you to send us his obit so that we can get some direction and compare names? Sincerely, Ed

Hi Kathy. Just thought I would respond to your message. If I can be of assistance I would be glad to help. The s in our last name was not added by George husband of Ellen but by their son Albert, my great grandfather. We know very little about George but I do believe his middle initial was W and not P as we always thought. Let me know if you need any other info

Kathy, I deeply appreciate you taking time away from your day to travel to Miles Cemetery, locate the markers, take the great photos and posting them.

Thanks for the headstone photo. I'm hoping to get his memorial transferred to me for updating. He's my uncle. Thanks again.
