I'm a history buff in general, particularly of the UK and Wales, but delve into any number of subject areas such as where I've lived and now, where my ancestors lived and worked.

I've been into genealogy off and on since the '80s but have really become more engaged just this past year. The families I'm tracing are: Hubbard's, Gatch's and Crosby's in South Carolina; Auber's in West Virginia and Ohio; Pittman's in North Carolina; Cook's - from Canada (I think) and; Jones', Lloyd's, Evan's in North Wales.

I live in the NW corner of Rhode Island, close to the CT and MA borders and I'm in all three states regularly. If you're not familiar with New England, there's always a little family plot just around the next corner. Some have been kept up, some not. And of course a lot of larger cemeteries. Would be glad to help if you think you've pinpointed a graveyard or cemetery or a particular person.

Okay I understand what you are saying now. I am stopping by Holy Cross today to take your picture. He is buried in Sec 5 gave number 181. She stated they did not have a lot number for him. It will not be hard to find as Sec 5 is the oldest part of the cemetery and not large. Two of my great grandmothers husbands are also buried in Sec 5. I also asked is if there any of Aubers at the cemetery and she said only one. So did your Albert have a wife? Maybe the other Auber is a wife? I am not sure if you have an obit for you Albert but, I will look it up. I am getting ready to go to the library to get some other obits so I will check on his. Maybe it will name some other family members? Do you know how to get to the Akron Beacon Journal directories through the Akron or Summit Co? There is a link online. You can just google Akron Public Library and "Special Collections". They have an online index of newspaper articles and obits. Just a thought? Albert M. the documents you have seen, is there the same documents for Albert J? Because I am sure you know that they made these kind constantly. I have documents with different middle names...that is actually the same person. Okay will close for now.

I was just wondering exactly what you are looking for? Your memorial shows parents names or are you not sure? Are you wanting to know which Aubners they have? Or just the ones that may be around this persons grave? Let me know...if it doesn't get picked up before but I am going next week to put flowers on her grave. If your not in the area... I may be able to help you find some info on the family? I am finding a lot of documents from the city directories with Alberts name in Akron Summit co ward 8. Ward 8 would be closer to the cemetery.
