|Bio and Links|
Although a new member on Find A Grave, I've been working on my own family history research for many, many years (all Dutch). I've done a lot of research on my husband's family (Early American and Swedish), did client research, friends' (Eastern European Jewish), son-in-law (Italian).... I work full time in a genealogy library, so this is pretty much my life!|
Most of my Find a Grave 4 generation family members have already been entered, and I appreciate the transfers that many of you have been willing to make and will do likewise if you find I've added your relatives.
I am trying to link all the members of my immigrant families and the first generation Americans. Along the way, I am requesting links (or transfers) for others to sort out so many people of the same name. Adding some records of people with my surnames, so one day I might find out if they are connected.
I started on a surname study which blossomed into a village study, with a side project of a passenger list study. Still on-going. Need to make some virtual cemeteries for this, I think. Sigh. Another project.
A few years ago I visited many of my ancestral villages in the Netherlands - my picture is from one of them.
