RE: Joseph Crotts 163558085
Amy, thanks for writing to me. Joseph and Martha were on the last non-blank page of the record book. I don't have anything else right now, but I can look around, say, ancestry.com for whatever else it may have. My next thought is to search for Lutheran Church records pertinent to the family. (Perhaps you have already done this.) I'll share with you anything constructive I happen to find.

Broken Stone
Congratulations on your DAR acceptance. I do not know how the tombstone was broken. It is wonderful that the cemetery is being maintained (I was told by the city of Plattekill.) It was not overgrown and is protected. It is located on the Hurd Family Farm, a wonderful apple orchard. It is tucked in the back and was so peaceful. I hope you can go for yourself some day.

I re-checked my tree regarding Thomas Buffington. Although I had the History of Chester Co. as my record, I did not see the connection when I checked it again. Thank you for calling it to my attention.
Sincerely, Sue Guerra
