Bio and Links
Bio Photo Born in Bartow County GA. Family names are
Burger, Caldwell, Canup, Evans, Guyton, Jackson, Koger, Lee, McEver, Norton, Posey and Teague. Nearly all references are from North Georgia and Middle Tennessee.

I don't go to the cemeteries often, but I can do the research for myself and others. I love the feel I get when I find lost ones that have no memorial and I can make one for them and link it to their family. I especially can't stand to see an infant or young child that's not linked to their parents.

If I have a memorial that you have a closer family relationship to just let me know. I believe memorials should be with people who will love and care for them.

Lately my friends have had encounters with what we call "Obit Chasers". Please give loved ones a grief period to set up memorials for their recently departed. Don't set up memorials from obits for at least a couple of weeks after the funeral. This practice is very discourteous and actually cruel.

Lester Caldwell and Add you as friend
I was just looking at Lester Caldwell Memorial and the read your bio. I added you as a friend because I love you statement about "obit chasers". We have one in my area who post it as soon as it comes out in the newspaper. Then to top it off, he will not transfer the memorial. He has a very rude bio. I had made one for my cousin and her husband who had not died yet but did die a little bit later. I work 12 hour night shift and before I got home the next morning the guy had already sent me the husband's obit and correction to add to the memorial. Unbelievable. My friend's mother died and by that afternoon someone posted a memorial for her. My friend is very much into genealogy and is very active in local, region and state societies. Needless, to say she was pretty upset.

Thank you for all you do for the rest of us.

Good Girl
God bless you Nana, I like the way you think. Just read your bio and needed to let you know how I feel. Some, if not most of these people can get very childish over THEIR memorials. Just for a number. Lord help them f that's all they have to fuss about. You. Havea good day. sj
