I have been working on my Ancestry for a few years now. It seems everyday I find new information. Find A Grave has been a great tool for me. Since I have been using this site I have found many family members memorials. Thanks to all the ones that photograph and spend countless hours of making memorials. I have had transferred to me and linked many of my family members, Spouse, Children, Parents and Siblings thanks to the memorials that are made by many others.|
My names researched Bradley Risen Ledford Robinson Rankin McDaniel Duff Gabbard Embs Crow Horn Hawkins Walters Wills Hukle Wilson and others..

Thanks, Anthony. Just noticed the notification of your message from 2014 today. Yes, we are probably cousins!

I was glad that I was able to fulfill your request. I really enjoy going out to the cemeteries and taking photos. Hope you have a great evening. Barb

Anthony, I'm happy to transfer the memorial for Robert Blake Landrum to you. I'm not related to Mr. Landrum. I was just at the cemetery fulfilling a photo request (I live in Lexington) and decided to photograph all the tombstones as long as I was there (which I learned takes a lot longer than you would think). Then I created memorials for all the photos that I took, if there wasn't one already (and that REALLY takes a long time!).
When I looked at Mr. Landrum's F.A.G. memorial after reading your request tonight, I noticed that I had failed to affix a photo of his tombstone, so I've done that just now. I knew I had to have a photo or else I wouldn't have had the info to create the memorial.

I show a Mary Polly Ballard (7/12/1807 - 3/5/1872) but as a daughter of John C. Ballard (5/1772 Orange Co. VA - 3/31/1856) and Dora Chloe Finn. I show John C. Ballard as a son of Thomas Ballard (1741 St. Thomas Parish, Orange Co. VA - 1831 Logan Co. WV) and Frances Chapman (1740-1777 Orange Co. VA).
Now I have William BALLARD (c. 1682 James City Co. VA – 10/2/1754 King & Queen Co. VA) as the father of Thomas D. Ballard (11/12/1735 - 3/15/1809) but I have Thomas D. as having married Elizabeth Hardwick (1743 Hanover Co. VA - ) and they had a daughter Mary Ballard (1771 Westfield MM, Surry Co. NC - ), disowned by the Society of Friends, who married Jacob HARROLD in Surry Co. NC.
