Bio Photo After spending 30+ years finding my aunt grave, I finally found her on

Findagrave helped me reconnect with a family member, now I want to help others as I was helped to locate memorial's and take photo's in my area.

I am also interested in finding information on my family name "Steines" originally from Luxembourg, any help would be appreciated.

If you are a family member and would like to have the memorial transferred, let me know and I would be glad to transfer the person as I believe they should be managed by a family member.

I really enjoy working veteran memorials, I want to make sure our veterans are not forgotten. Please join me in thanking our veterans for their sacrifice in their service to this country.

Any Pictures I post you may down load and use for your own personal use.

Yes, I am happy to take over her memorial - she is extended family. Thank you.

Thank you very much for the photos. I knew Jim in high school, and at K.U.

Thanks for taking a headstone photo for the Yoerger's. It is nicer to have a real photo rather then a photo of a photo. Your time is appreciated.

Thank you for the excellent photo of the gravestone. Sarah is my wife's great great grandmother.

RE: Irvin Rhue
Not related, just working on photos for this cemetery, so no transfer necessary, but thanks for the offer and for making the link.

Thank you.

Thank you for contacting me about photos found in Iowa Grave Stone web site. I do use that site regularly for information, although their records aren't complete.

As for their photos, their Terms of Use state,'Photographers retain full copyright of their original photo. The Iowa Gravestone Photo Project claims ownership of the "copy of the photo" uploaded to our site.' Therefore permission is needed from both, written consent from the contributor, then contact the site Project Coordinator with proof of this consent.

It's too much red tape. It's easier to send a message to the photographer that it would be wonderful if he would post his photos on Find a Grave also.

What's worse is the Find a Grave creator of Edmund & Rosella (Sheridan) Barrett's memorials isn't willing to update or transfer them. She has their birth dates as unknown. The headstone photos would tell the dates of birth and death for them both.

Thank you for providing the family links. A while back I created a special memorial page for him and if you would like to see it the link is below:
