Thanks Lisa, .....I did get your message about the secondary cemetery I was unaware of that situation...might you also add the same picture to Adila Coppock Jones as well....I'll be editing (suggesting) where I can regarding their children and then the parents of each of them....trying to link all that I can regarding my direct lineage...(just for fun....not using this site as my own personal tree).

RE: Peverley Headstone

I think you may have found the answer - a twin. Let me pursue that idea. You are right, even I can read DAU OF on the headstone. Many thanks for your time and trouble.

Peverley Headstone

I see what you mean by very difficult to read headstone. After seeing your photograph and comparing the photo with Iowa Births and Christenings Index, I may have made an error. The records show a William Brand Peverley born on 27 Feb 1895. Son of James W. and Minnie L Peverley. Your photo seems to agree with the records. What is your opinion?

WOW, now that's a nice picture! Did you clean away all that brush and trees? Wow. Now I can calculate a birth date that was very important to my records and the book that I am writing. Thank you so much for that super fast work. Find-a-Grave is going from great to unbelievable awesome because of members like you.

Thank you so much for going to the trouble of extricating this stone and then photographing it for me. I really appreciate that you took the time to do this. Best wishes in your future genealogical endeavors!

Thank you for trying to find my grandfather's grave, it could very well be that it is not marked. If you are ever at Dunreath again his parents (see picture at 37131621) grave is hidden by a very large bush and I am wondering if he could be next to them under that bush. Thank you again for trying!
