|Rolaine Grant King||RE: Ithamer Sprague|
They are not my relatives either, I just ran onto them and thought I would drop a line at how some could be made more correct with effort. The people at the Sprague Project online are probably busy also.
The stories about Mr Sprague and his marriage to the sister of my Great great great grandfather are appealling. If you are swamped I will take it on but am 72 years old and losing mental power--I would want it done right so will get out pencil and paper and wade through it all if you are not jumping at the project. Or IOW, better me than left undone? Asked in good humor. Mustn't self defeat?
So many people in the lines named the same, William, George, James--nice for them to honor each other but makes the sorting out harder or, okay, I will do it.

I made the transfer--we made it back from a Bluegrass Festival --had a great time and am ready to get back to work on my genealogy. If you don't mind, would you contact me at my email Lonetab@yahoo.com. I think that it is easier to share information that way--I plan to visit those graves soon and plan to take flowers--just to remember family. I think that my great grandfather and your great grandfather were close-and am wondering if you have any stories as to what happened to their parents--according to family stories that I have heard, John Wiley Sharp may have been killed by lightening, and Susannah, died in childbirth after remarrying. Those boys/men were orphaned young--

I will do the transfer after my return, we leave in a few minutes, and I need to get busy, will be anxious to share with you--The Sharp family, at least my great grandfather was in the land rush--I have records for that--they probably came together, as I believe they were close all of their lives--Loneta
I will be happy to transfer her to you. I am related to her through Commodore Perry Sharp, her husband's brother. We are leaving today for a trip, but when I return , Is it all right if I contact you and share information? I have done a lot of work on this branch of my family, and plan to take a trip to Payne county next month to do some research. I will try to get this transfer done this morning, but if I don't get it accomplished, I will do it when I return. I am not good at this stuff, just love the research. Loneta Boyer
