Good morning,Pamela. I looked over our correspondence and thought I would add more info. Yes, James is a great uncle. He was a brother to Joseph Cannon (my2xGG), 1806-1874. I visit these grave sites almost every year and feel a connection. I have limited information on him other than he was married perhaps 2x. I often wondered if Nancy Gibson is buried at the same site as his.There are so many James Cannons in our tree it's hard to keep them straight. Warmest wishes. n.
Yes, he is my 3rd Great Uncle...you may send me a message direct at Nancy.email@example.com. I definitely want to chat as we are currently in Indiana and plan to go Alfordsville on the 3rd. Thanks for writing!
I am in contact with some of Claudie's children. I showed them the picture you posted on William Jefferson's memorial with all the sons. They are wanting to know which one is Claudie. Do you know who is who in the photo?
Thanks so much for share such rich history with everyone.

I have transferred your G-grand's to you as per request. I hope you are going to be on Find A Grave for the long haul and will take good care of them. As you can tell from looking over this cemetery it was a pet project of mine so I am kinda partial to all the names in it and really hate to part with any of them :( ... but you have added a lovely pic of this couple so I know you will take good care of them. I hope to see lots of great new info on their pgs!
Welcome to Find A Grave!

|Lyle Fulton||Transfer of Laura Reid Memorial|
I'm happy to transfer this memorial to your care, Pamela. Perhaps you already know that there is another grave in this cemetery that I assume is her husband. The name is Feliz Reid. By the way, welcome to Find A Grave. I hope you find it to be as interesting and rewarding as I have.
