Thank you! Would you please add the same photo on his wife's memorial, # 97631883? Much appreciated!

Anderson Bend Cemetery is in the Hickman County Cemetery Book Part I, Page 6, Listed as Anderson Chapel Cemetery. I, too, have photographed this cemetery and do not have Ira Lee S. Anderson. I am going to contact the one that posted it. I doubt if D. C. Miller is buried there, too. I imagine he is in the cemetery on what was his land. (Perhaps still in family. Don't know.) It is listed in the cemetery book as, you won't believe this, but Anderson Cemetery - off Highway 50 and is about quarter mile across field and grown up. I think the one that posted it to Anderson Bend didn't understand there is another cemetery. A cousin and I have this cemetery (referred between us as the Dave Miller Cemetery)on our list. According to the cemetery book (Jill Garrett and Iris McClain) it was completely abandoned 1n 1966 and vandalized. So very sad.

I just saw Larry's post to you. Sorry but I don't know where Bond is. The ones you and Larry have listed are on the list for the Arch Anderson Cemetery on the east side of Swann Creek just above Raleigh's Chapel Methodist Church. If the Ida is Ida Conner Austin - wife of Calvin. Also listed in this cemetery is Mary Elizabeth (Brickle) Conner wife of W. G. (Bee) Conner. There is also a Pearl E. Austin listed. Again this list is complied, according to the cemetery, from Bible records. It was read in 1974 by Floyd McCaleb who at that time owned the land and again is 1987. As I stated before the Anderson were buried in a vault and evidently no names were recorded on the vault since no Anderson sir names appear in the list. Do you have other names you think might be in the wrong cemetery? I'll check them against the list.

I'm not sure I understood your post. You said graves listed in this cemetery with photos are not in the cemetery. I don't know if you meant Anderson Bend Cemetery on Highway 50 or some other ones on Swann. Let me know and I will see if I can find any info on them.
I haven't been to any on Swann but the Hickman County Cemetery Book lists two cemeteries on Swann Creek. On is listed as the Anderson Cemetery - (Arch) and is located on the east side of Swan Creek, just about Raleight's Chapel Methodist Church. It has some other info about the location and owner of the land. (By now the land has probably changed ownership) Also it says the Anderson family was buried in a vault and the other stones have fallen and only part remain. 93 graves had fieldstones. There is a list of people buried but the records were taken from Bible records and not read from tombstones. This info dates from 1987.
There is another listed Anderson Cemetery-(James) on west side of Swan Creek on a farm. Says six marble markers one stood and 20 fieldstones marked graves but in 1975 the readers only found 1 marker and 5 fieldstone marked graves.
That is all the info I have about the Swann Creek Anderson Cemeteries and, again, I have not visited these and probably won't since I don't have any relatives (that I know of) buried there. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I changed Ida's cemetery to the Anderson Cemetery in Bond. Now I wonder if the same thing applies to her Mother Mary Brickle Conner Find A Grave Memorial# 147304193. Do you know if Mary is buried in the Anderson Cemetery in Bond?

No, I don't know where the GPS coordinates came from but you're correct - they are way off course. This isn't the first cemetery I've seen with incorrect GPS. I knew about this cemetery since a child so I never looked at the map or coordinates. I think you can contact FINDAGRAVE with the correct GPS and they have to be the ones to correct the error.
