RE: Springer request
P.S. Was just reminded that "Highland" (Highland Avenue) is an alternate name for Plaisted Cemetery, which is why I created the memorial for William H. Springer (d. 1846) there. He's a nephew of William N. Springer (d. 1853).

Thanks very much for looking. It might be that William H.'s 1846 gravestone does not survive or is very worn. -Joe

RE: Springer request
Hi!:

Sorry for the long delay in responding. Sounds like the one you photographed is William N. Springer (1806-1853) and wife Climenia Moore (1803-1841). The latter died a few days after the birth of her namesake daughter. There are good images of their gravestones posted already.

William H. Springer (d. 3 Feb. 1846) is supposed to be buried in Highland Cemetery in Gardiner.

Hope that clarifies.

Thanks!

James & Cynthia Adams Family
Ok, I submitted edits to Tim (he's a good guy) for James & Cynthia's children: Henry (1836-1881), Charles (1837-1885), Maria (1839-1880), Mary Elizabeth (1844-1847), and Julia Olive (1850-1869).

What other stones were in the same (or near) to the lot? I see some other Adams born around the same time period to be James & Cynthia's children listed on Find-A-Grave and thought you may have found them.

Thanks again for all this work!!!

RE: James & Cynthia Adams
Yes, they are the daughters. All the children I have so far is: Henry (born 1836), Charles (1837-1885), Mariah (1839-1880), Elizabeth (born 1844), Mary (1848-1898), Julia (1850-1869) and Jane (born 1859).

Know I have not researched this family deeply, so some of this info may or may not be correct.

If you have the photos of everyone in the lot, that would be great! That ALWAYS makes it easier to put together the family!

Thanks again!!!

Can you please delete the first comment I left for you? I made some mistakes in my wording! Let me try again:

Thank you so much for the great pictures you've taken of James Adams and his wife, Cynthia Bragg (my distant aunt). The pictures look great!

I see you've been taking a lot of volunteer pictures for people - your hard work is greatly appreciated!

Have a wonderful day and Happy hunting!!!
