Thank you for the correction-is she a relative and would you like a transfer?

Hi Roger. My maternal grandmother was a Post - Anna Augusta Post born 1899. Her father was Henry Post and his father was Capt John H. Post. I am very interesting in geneology and have been researching the Posts for quite some time. I have been working on my family tree on Ancestry.com. I would appreciate any info you could give me on the Posts and if going on Ancestry.com is something that you do, I would welcome any changes/corrections you might have for me. I appreciate the time and effort you have put into the Find A Grave website that myself and so many others enjoy.

Thank you so much for posting the photo,. I will add it to the other tombstone photos in my genealogy folder. Hiram's first wife Mary Elizabeth Rogers is on my "family tree". I appreciate it as I would not be able to take a photo in person.

Very curious, I believe I received info on the baby Sawyer from someone who took the other pictures of this family they must have drawn the conclusion it was Emily's. For some reason I was under the impression the baby was actually buried with Emily, can't find my notes for that. My Sawyers go back to Earl Sawyer of Freedom, NY, however in the earlier census of Cayuga 1810-1855 there are other Sawyer families living in the area. My family's notes and records don't mention anything about a baby either, but then they don't have Emily's death date either.
Thanks much for Emily's obit will put it up.
Thanks much for the article on Flossie and her son David. I've posted to their memorials. I see you seem to have uncovered a problem with the infant baby Sawyer who was thought to have been Emily May Weeks Sawyer's child. Was wondering if you knew if there was another Sawyer family plot nearby? The two stones (Emily's and the baby's) don't even resemble each other so I think your interpretation is probably correct. Have to start digging to see I can figure out which family this child belongs to.
