Barbette, was the Baldridge military grave stone in the Pearson or the Palestine Bap. Church cemeteries? Or, are they one and the same? Thanks for any assistance!

Well, I stopped by there today.
It's not "just off the road on the right", it is on private property, had to run down the owner, jump the fence and locate it in a grove of trees.
Anyway, I took various fotos of tombstones, that are posted as upright but since have been toppled and some current fotos of others.
Sorry to say, I did not find her anywhere.
I have to give the property owners their dues, they have erected a nice fence to keep the critters at bay and they take really good care of it.
However, I did find an new entry, don't know how it has been passed over:
Jennie Margaret Melton, wife of Francis Lee Turner, 1864-1887, possible she is someone that U have been lucking for ?? !!
I gave it my best shot, Later, James Coston

Actually, I would really appreciate photos of Matterison and Sarah Leach, William C Leach and Jewel A Leach, if you wouldn't mind...I have contacted one of the fine folks that help run the cemetery and he thinks he will be able to answer the question about whether or not Robert Leach is Millard R Leach or not. I really appreciate your work on this matter.

Thanks for the update...after reviewing the Leach's in St Mary's, I am thinking young Millard R Leach, son of Matterison Brownlow Leach and Sara L Horton, is the same person as Robert Leach...the child that died at 12.
I have him listed in the 1900 Census as Millert R Leach, son born Nov 1899, 6 months old. In the 1910 Census he is listed as Millard R Leach, 10 years old. He is not present for the 1920 Census.
What do you think?

I'll scoot over there in a couple of days and give it a shot but given the age of the stone and the fact the cemetery is both small and heavily photographed, odds are it's been lost to Mother Nature & Father Time.
Hopefully we will get lucky.
I am going to Dallas right now and will stop at the cemetery
On my way back.
