I have been tramping cemeteries for decades looking for evidence of lost relatives, so I know if you live far away it would be so much easier if someone close by would be willing to do it for you. Since most of my relatives are from Winona county, Minnesota and I am in Indiana, this is a great idea.|
I have no problem with transferring management of memorials, just let me know.
I like to photograph whole cemeteries or sections, up to 1,000 in one day. I transcribe to spreadsheets adding unmarked graves if information is available. I don't upload all images because they are high quality and use up too much data on my ISP. So photos are mostly added per request, or when I can.
There is one drawback to uploading spreadsheets; they don't always kick out the duplicates and some sections are so large it's very time consuming to check each one. If you run across a duplicate, Let me know and I will delete it and add/transfer the photo.

Thanks for the heads up on these two duplicates. When we entered these memorials, we noticed similar names but with incomplete birth and death dates, it is impossible to tell if they are the same persons. We sent several messages to the creator of the incomplete memorials along with links to family and never received a response.
Now, a few years later, still incomplete and no links. Our duplicates are gone. Maybe someone can complete the original memorials and family links. We were unsuccessful.

Thank you so much for the pics of my grandpa George Allen Conway's headstone (and his 2nd wife Viola Conway's headstone, too)! I never met my grandpa because was born and raised in California and he lived in Indiana. So the pic of his headstone is precious to me!
Thanks for your help, I will do better next time.

Thank you for transferring her memorial to me.
I'm glad to see that someone is methodically working on Oakhill. I had planned to do something similar but just haven't found the time. Instead, I've started working on small cemeteries near me.
As a genealogist I find the obits invaluable, so I've chosen to put my efforts there for now. However, if I can be of any help with Oakhill, please let me know. I live down in Culver but work in Plymouth.
I'm not related to them but I have been trying to work on Oak Hill Cemetery in Plymouth. I would be happy to assume their memorials if the offer is still open.
Thanks Lorinda! I appreciate it!

Sure..I'll take the Koltowski's. There is one that someone else has. But if you would like to transfer Anna M: 120580473, Blazej: 120580472, John R: 120580474, Lillian I: 120580475, and Mary Ann: 120580470, that would be great! And thanks for all you do taking all the photos you have taken so far. It is really nice o hear that someone else is so involved in trying to document history. Sometimes I find headstones that are no longer readable as with one Cemetery that holds several of my relatives. So keep up the great work!
