RE: Recording family members
You are welcome. Now you need to link them. On Mabel's memorial click where it says family links put the number of her parent's memorials.
Regards.

RE: Recording family members
Welcome.

If the person is not listed on Find, you may submit his/her information and create a memorial for them.
Click on add burial records (left side of the screen) and then on family and friends. fill out the form and the memorial will be created. If there is info that you don't have you can just leave it blank and fill it in later if you want to do so. For memorials that you create, you will have edit privileges for ever.

if you create memorials and then decide that you want to leave Find, you might want to transfer them to another volunteer so they may be edited at a later date.

If you see memorials that you would like to add information to, hit the edit tab at the upper right corner and you can make suggestions to the person who created it.

All the info on Find has been added by volunteers who do just that. Now if you have more than 25 people that you want to add to the same cemetery, you can do quick submit where you fill out a spreadsheet with the information (they show you an example) many people do that if they are creating memorials using cemetery books, records, etc. If you have lots of time on your hands, that is a very helpful thing to do.

Usually for family you are only putting a few people in any one cemetery so need to do it one by one.

Please feel free to ask more questions! I enjoy helping people use Find.

BTW; this can become VERY addictive.

Regards, skydancr
