I'm retired and currently live in Mesa, AZ. I lived my first 30+ years in Oklahoma before moving to Scottsdale, AZ in 1985. My siblings are spread out to Missouri, Texas, and Georgia. My ancestors hail primarily from Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Sweden. I've been tinkering around on my genealogy for the past few years, but I'm now focusing more concentrated time on my research.

RE: James Barron grave
Thanks Janet, for your nice note. I was glad to take the picture of the monument and post it, and I will be even happier to take another one once the stone is repaired. The process of restoring the old cemetery is slow, but we will get there. Thanks, Tim

James Barron grave
I just noticed that you had an old photo request for the grave of James Barron at Farmersville Cemetery, in Chattooga County, GA. I have claimed that request, and will be in the cemetery Saturday. I am the president of the Historic Farmersville Cemetery Preservation Society, which has just been established. I am one of the few people who has access to the cemetery, since it is in a pasture and off the beaten path. The monument for James is broken, but will be repaired in the future. I will, however, go ahead and post a picture of the stone as is currently, and will update it once the stone is repaired. Thanks, Tim

RE: Claimed Photo Requests
Sorry about that. I was at the cemetery visiting family graves and one of the ones requested was nearby so I looked for it. I didn't know that wasn't allowed. The few I looked for didn't have any headstones, which is what I wrote on the requests. I think I did look at the grave you're wondering about, but I don't think I deleted any of the requests. I just did the report problem thing and said there was no headstone. :(

RE: Frances Alewine Maxwell marker photo
You are welcome. Glad to do it. Lindale City Cemetery is large and hard to cover and there may be 20 to 30 requests to look for so I rarely go over there alone. Sometimes my Son-in-Law comes down and wants to go grave hunting and we go over there as was the case on your request.

RE: Peter & Malvina Bouley
You're welcome. There's also a stone for CLYPHAS BROWN (#95852098) that matches Peter and Malvina Bouley, and is right next to them in a row. (Just FYI.)
