Have a great day.
Your very welcome. And here's the # 616-531-9320 resurrection cemetery.

Yes, they are really accommodating. I would presume they have regular business hours. I do know they're open till noon on Saturdays. They have vases that they place in the marker for flowers. I can't imagine that it would cost that much? If you'd like I can stop by there on my way to work Monday and check. Then I can send you an email with the info.
Just let me know.

Yes, it is used to place flowers. All of the markers have one and all are flat. I'm glad I could help.

You're welcome. I have a few I'd like markers for as well, but they do cost you.

RE: Nicey C. Goudy Nance
The only sure way I can think of would be to visit the cemetery and see just what the stone says. Apparently the source document has many such errors.

The source document, Cemeteries of White Co., Illinois" Vol.2 shows only the following individuals with the Nance surname:
Jesse M., d. 1861;
Margaret A., d 1859;
Harvey, d. 1902;
Elmira, d. 1896;
Richard, d. 1878,
Nicey C., d 1878;
Ferdinand, d. 1907;
Malissa, d. 1869;
Elizabeth, d. 1951.

Looking back at the data on this family it doesn't make sense that she died on the same day as Richerd. From children's birth dates and the second marriage, it would appear that she either died before 1858 or a divorce took place. Richard was one of my 2nd great grand uncles. The original data on Richard's family came from one of his descendants some 16 years ago. I'll try to contact him and see what he knows.
