Hi Kelly, Billy is buried in the row next to my sister, aunt and grandparents. Will go in the afternoon to get the better light and take the picture for you. Marsha

Sorry but I have been on vacation for the last 5 days. To request a correction, transfer or to add additional information, use the edit tab, the top right tab on the memorial. That gives me the link back to the memorial and your ID number is on the message I receive. If you go to my bio page, just under the list of memorial pictures, etc, you will see a block where you can type in the last name and search my memorials that way. If there are any more memorials I have that you would like for me to transfer to you, use the edit tab. Marsha

RE: Epitaph on Frances R Mitchell's marker
I drove out to the cemetery to take another look at Frances Mitchell's headstone. The inscription is quite difficult to read, but after a little cleaning and an application of baby powder, this was what I was able to decipher:

Frances R. Mitchell, wife of J.A. Mitchell, Born March 21, 1819, died June 1, 1853.

The inscription reads:
"Where has thy spirit flown?
I gaze above thy look is imaged there.
I listen and the gentle tone, tis on the air."

Please note that the wording I have found is a little different that what has already been posted on Find-A-Grave.
