Am interested in uploading grave marker info for all the graves in Forest Lawn because there is no directory for this popular cemetery in Savannah. Hope to upload all grave marker info for Gethsemane section by end of 2015. I am getting photos of all the markers. Drop me a line if you need a photo.

Randy thank you so much for the Hazel and Lemmie double marker photo. Because of your photo, Hazel's birth date was available -it was on her side of the stone. Thank you so much.

Mahany plot location
When you photographed the mahany double marker did you have a plot location that could be added to the memorial page?

Thank you for the Lawrence Eugene Mahany stone photo. Would you ALSO POST IT TO HIS Wife's page, she is linked to him and she passed away in 2007.
See 71684864 for Lawrence Mahany page and the link to his wife. Her stone photo would be the same as his.

It is the 20th, someone made a mistake with his headstone, never realized that before. Thank you!

Tom Groover
Thanks for the memories you have of Uncle Tom. He died when I was still young and we lived in Bulloch Co. not Savannah so I only saw him a few times. He was from a big farm family but he moved off to work on the railroad; I believe he was a conductor.
I know my mom said he was MUCH nicer than his brother Sam who lived with him a while in Savannah. Do you remember Sam at all?

Thanks so much for posting the photo of Thomas Groover! He is my great-uncle, but I haven't been able to get a photo yet because I live out of state. Would you mind loading the photo to his wife, Dicy also? If I downloaded it and added it to her page, it would look like I was taking credit for it.
