Howard Reynolds
RE: Daniel Reynolds' parents
Lydia Tuttle m. Benjamin Allen 07 Mar 1764 in New Haven, New Haven Co., CT - North Congregational Church. I am not sure where she might be buried.

RE: Daniel Reynolds' parents
This is my Daniel Reynolds buried in Hewitt Cemetery and I descend from his son Horace.
My paper trail is solid (obits, deeds, etc).

So it seems that this Daniel Reynolds born in either Vermont or Conn is not your Daniel Reynolds. Do you agree???? The 1850 census shows born 1776. My Daniel owned land circa 1800 in Richmond, Chitenden, Vermont before buying the land in Cayuga Co. Can I help you place your Daniel Reynolds and his line??? If so, perhaps we should correspond off this board??

A fellow researcher found an heir posting in a newspaper that shows Lydia Tuttle, widow of Benjamin Allen, was Susannah's mother (wife to Daniel Reynolds).

Daniel Reynolds' parents
You had indicated that Griffen Reynolds and Elizabeth Walworth were Daniel Reynolds parents.
I would appreciate the details of how you came to that conclusion.

Howard Reynolds, (Daniel being my 2nd great grandfather)

RE: Daniel Reynolds Find A Grave Memorial# 85064988
I have had the y-dna testing up to 67 points (for greater accuracy confidence of the matches to male descendants. I am confident of my matches to several Gardner descendants. I have also had the autosomal dna test (to show maternal ancestors) and that shows connections to a few femaile Gardners also.

I am not familiar with the Griffen Reynolds that you mention. Can you share more particulars on him? The paper trail on this Griffin Reynolds may show the Reynolds surname, but by DNA he would have been a Gardner.
Thanks

Thank you so much for adding the headstone pic.
Daniel is my 2nd great grandfather, however he was a Gardner by dna circa 1750. Any clues as to his parents?
