Thanks for the photos and information. This is a family cemetery and most of the information came from Mercer Co. Courthouse records and family records as a lot of the headstones are gone. The Patterson children were listed separately and then the 2 children were listed so put them as such in the records. We did look at the tombstone in August, 2015 and saw the inscriptions. Researching to ensure there are no other Patterson children besides the two.

Oh, I got the photos (and there are more) from Al's blog; another Wescott cousin. Al Ballard has a Crawford Wescotts Blog.
If you do an internet search, you should be able to find his blog or I can send you the link after I return from vacation and you have sent me your e-mail.
Al is pretty free about letting me post his photos. Al is a grandson of my great-aunt, Lovada Wescott Woods.

Boy am I ever soooooooooo glad to hear from you. They are also my 2 x Great Grandparents!!!
Yes, please feel free to post their photo on Ancestry.
I am leaving for vacation and will be back the week of Sept. 14th. Would you be so kind as to send me your e-mail address, so that I can contact you after my vacation???
I have a million questions that I would like to ask you and I am hoping that perhaps you can give me some leads on Sherman & Nettie's offspring??
Their son, Cyrus was my Great-Grandfather. My Mom is Cyrus' granddaughter; Ruth Wescott Lauffer-Bowes!!

George Martin was a brother in law to Lafayette, He married Maggie Phebus and was in Princeton, White Co. Indiana in 1880, but I haven't been able to find anything after that.
Thanks for all the pictures, especially of the seven brothers. One of them is my great Grandfather, Benjamin Ezekiel, but I haven't figured out which one yet.

Uncle Stock is Monroe Stockwell Denton, a brother of Lafayette Washington Denton. He is buried in the Iowa Chapel Cemetery Lincoln County Oklahoma. His wife, Emily Susan (or Susan Emily) Martin, is also buried there, along with their children Bob L (Robert Lawrence) and Myrtle, who was in the photo with her uncle Lafayette. Emily Susan Martin was a sister of Lafayette's wife Amanda Ann Martin. Another son, Earl, is buried in Masham Cemetery
Masham Pawnee County Oklahoma. I have this information for their son Guy: Guy DENTON b: 1 JAN 1879 Death: 8 FEB 1942. Their daughter Ethel married a Gibson and died in Los Angeles, 1983.
Could the Gary Denton be Carey Denton? "Ted"'s name (in the picture with Matilda and their father) was Carey Oliver

Thanks very much for posting the pictures of Lafayette Washington Denton. He's my 3 great grandfather and I had never seen pictures of him before. Now I can see where I got my nose. My mother is a granddaughter of his son Benjamin Ezekiel Denton. Do you have any more pictures of the family? I would guess you're from Tillie's line. I have pictures of Ben Denton and his family. I also have information on Amanda Martin's Crawford ancestors, if you're interested

You're very welcome. Just double-check to make sure the remaining photo is the correct one that you wish to keep.

In the process of fulfilling your request for Jacob Grove, I sent a suggestion via the edit tab to update his death location based on his death certificate, which is the reason why I'm sending this message.
PA has made our death certificates a matter of public record. However, some people have an issue posting these on memorials. I posted Jacob & Austa's on their memorials since I feel that these documents are valuable when it comes to genealogy. Plus, with the photos that I've posted, you have to click on the additional photos link to even see them anyhow or you nobody would even notice them without searching.
As the memorial owner, if you prefer not to have them posted, just let me know and I will gladly remove them.
