I gave you the wrong number for Robert Russell Boyd. His number is #117589957.

I am requesting memorial transfers of my grandparents, R Russell Boyd (#117590087) and Lacene Boyd (117590027) and my uncle Robert Russell Boyd (#107788240).

OK - that photo of Ruth Woods' headstone to the right of the Ruth and Thomas Hocking stone IS where Ruth is actually buried. Same person.

Thanks for all the great Hazel Green photos! I only have one Ruth Woods in my tree (so far) - the wife of Thomas Hocking. He would have been born about 1879, and died 1955. Does the stone have dates on it? It is possible the Woods family had another daughter Ruth who died in infancy, but I don't know this. Give me some dates to work with if they're on there and I'll figure the mystery out - I might have to create a memorial if there isn't one. Thanks.

Thanks for Florence's marker too-that is fantastic. There was another Hoskins buried there from what I have been told-his name was Clifford Hoskins, do you know if he has a marker? Any Hoskins in that cemetery is of the same family-this is my grandfathers family.

Thank you Betsy!!

Thanks for your efforts Betsy. Since she died awhile back I expected her name to be carved on the stone. Guess that expertise is not in Alturas. I would have settled for a picture of the stone with her husband, Chet's, info. I correct my request.
