I became interested in FindaGrave when curious about graves of famous composers and musicians, celebrities, and other noted individuals. Now I'm also using it to learn more about my ancestors. I've also adopted taking grave site photos as a hobby and am enjoying visiting so many lovely cemeteries.

I was born in East St. Louis, IL, spent elementary, junior high, and high school years in Fairview Heights (IL) and O'Fallon (IL). I attended McKendree College (Lebanon, IL), William Jewel College (Liberty, MO), Webster University (St. Louis, MO), Southern Illinois University (Carbondale, IL), University of Illinois (Urbana, IL), and private piano study in Lebanon (IL), London (England), and Paris (France).

Please DO NOT POST another photo of a gravestone if I have already posted one unless I have not included the entire grave stone. I always post photos of the complete grave stone and the plot area (if available and applicable). If you are a family member who has photos of your own to post for a memorial, please advise so I may remove my photos to make room for your photos.

I take each photo I post to Find a Grave. Please DO NOT USE any of my photos without asking permission and providing the website where you intend to use my photo.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

RE: Sarah Anna Hagenbuch #86656655
I'm a little confused by your message. Sarah Anna Hagenbuch Dittus has the correct photo. This is my gg-grandmother. She was married to Frederick Dittus. The other photo is of her mother Sarah Bailey Hagenbuch and is the correct photo for her. She was married to Amos Hagenbuch. And Sarah B. Hagenbuch was my ggg-grandmother so not sure what you are talking about. I have the correct photos attached to the correct people. I just checked.

Memorial # 121517911
Thank you so much for adding information to www.findagrave. I now have a photograph and information that I didn't have previously! Will you please make one small change on this memorial for Florence Laffey? Her middle initial is E. Thank you, again, for all your efforts!

Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph this headstone and add it to the memorial. I was wondering if you know what the small lettering is at the bottom, possibly a bible verse?

Thank you!
