Raised in Dillon, SC and attended school there. Entered Clemson University and graduated in 1962 with a B.S. Degreee in Forestry. Entered the Air Force after graduation and attended many Navigator Schools and ultimately was certified in B-52's. Had a couple of tours during the Vietnam War. After 7 years, entered the civilian life and worked in Personnel in a Primary Paper Mill. After a few years I transferred to the packaging side of the industry and finally retired as the National Accounts Sales Manager, Southeast, for Packaging Corp of America.
I married Peggy M. Kelley from Pendleton, SC, whom I met while attending Clemson. We have been married for 52 years and have one son, Eric.
I have been researching our extended family for 25 years (2015) and have published two books, Descendants of John "Merchant" Cameron (606 pages), and Descendants of Daniel "Hill" Cameron (1,007 pages). Both of these books are for my Cameron Family (my mother's side).

RE: Mulriple Marker Photos
You are quite welcome. I was there in October and photographed the entire cemetery - several of my ancestors are buried there also.

RE: William McLeod
I enjoy doing service for others. I checked with the churches to see if they had any records. Most did not start keeping "real" records until the '60s or 70s. I checked every stone in all three Presbyterian Churches. I did manage to get most of your request, so it wasn't in vain. And I feel you would have done the same for me. Thanks for being a good person. Bruce

RE: Annie McKay
Thank you. She very well may be there. Several McKay's are in an area surrounded by unmarked graves. I decided to finishing photographing this cemetery, and am now working on Johnson grove. Took several pictures for you there. Stay happy

RE: James E. Davis
Dear Mr Hinds,

You sent me a message back in Feb, but I just now noticed it. You mentioned having information on James E. Davis. I would be very interested to see what you have, because I am not 100% positive that the stone I found is the our James Davis ancestor. A lot of information lines up, but it's also a very common name. Please feel free to correspond on my hotmail account. I don't check it every day, but I will try to be on the lookout.
I transferred Charles and Margaret Pelot to you - please let me know if you need anything else, and thank you so much for contacting me.

RE: Benjamin Covington Cemetery
Could I see one of the death certificates? or could you send me the name and complete death date, so I could look it up.

RE: Benjamin Covington Cemetery
The three McDonald's that you requested, are not listed on the master index of all burials in Richmond County. There are 3 or 4 Covington cemeteries in the county.
