|Steve||RE: Lillian Grace 'Grace' Ruk|
I did indeed find George right near the cemetery entrance. There is a space next to him but no marker. He was the only Ruk in the cemetery that I could find. Let me know if your research turns anything up. I'd be happy to look around.

Thanks for all the pictures you have taken and added for me.
When one gets upside down like the one on memorial: 116572090, Nancy Sutton Harper, contact Find a Grave and they can rotate it for you.
Please remove the picture. There is another picture,
correctly positioned, on the memorial.

You are most welcome! I'm happy to have been of assistance.

Edith is not buried at the Whitmire family cemetery. She died in 2003 and is at Greenlawn. Her obit is online at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/butlereagle/obituary.aspx?n=edith-m-mcclain&pid=1375757
I actually have to back quite a few generations to connect the folks buried in the Whitmire Family cemetery to my line! But the family patriarch, Francis Whitmire Sr. is there! I have a listing of the tombstone someone had made back in 1979.
I don't live in PA; I moved away over 20 years ago when I was a teenager. Sometimes I wish I did, as I would love to be able to visit the library and/or courthouse and look up stuff. On thing I'd really like to look up concerns my Great, Great Grandfather Robert J. Whitmire, who died Nov 23, 1913.

The story I heard was that he was in a terrible accident involving his automobile and a train, and that he perished but that his daughter and grandchild survived. I've not been able to confirm this story.
Thanks again for all your hard work visiting the graves, etc. It really is a great service to others.
