John Kinsworthy
RE: Dear John
Sorry for the late reply. This slipped right past me. Thanks for the kind words but there have been a number of people going back over 10 years who've worked on that cemetery. I'm happy to have been a part of it, at least trying to get a "complete" set of photos before more of the headstones become unreadable. My 10 yr old daughter (at the time) and I stopped in the day after visiting Diamond Crater and photographed everything that was visible before dark and resuming the trip back to TX. I'm glad we were able to find a couple of your relatives that hadn't been on the list before. The funny thing is, I'm still trying to find where my Kinsworthy family links with Ezekial's line et al. I "know" that it does but just not with whom! My GGF John R. Kinsworthy (1872-1944) ended up in Ohio around 1885 after living in Coahoma Cty MS with a family of German immigrants but he didn't know who his parents were and family members have been searching for over 50 years with no luck so far. He stated he was born in AR so he probably arrived in MS very young with his parents who probably died soon after, perhaps in the Yellow Fever epidemic of 1876 (not proven yet). I'm getting close though! Because of that lack of a link, I'm afraid I'm of no help in your search for more information. I'll be glad to keep my eye out though as I continue the search. I'm always looking for associated families in hopes of finding new clues. If you're on Ancestry, you can find my tree and more info about John R. at jckinswo1872. Thanks again, and all the best in your searches. John C. Kinsworthy
