Hi Russell,

Archibald "Archy" Reed is my 3x Great Grandfather on my paternal side. Do you know if his grave is unmarked in Union Cemetery?

Denice Gaines Davenport

Hey Denice I was going thru some past photos I took and I have several Reed's from the Union cemetery in Fulton Co KY yeah someone added some new stones for the Reeds also.

That's because I didn't post that one -- instead I simply cropped the photo of both stones together, which was from a different angle.

I will try to get a better photo of Joyce's gravestone. I took a close-up like Ivan's, but I didn't realize until I was home that I got a mirror reflection of myself in her polished stone. Oops!

You are welcome.

I looked in vain for any gravestones which referred to serving in the Indian Wars. I went up to the road on the north and about halfway to the next road ("Walkway")on the west. I took photos of 40 - 50 other graves in that vicinity, but I may be a while in getting them uploaded -- we are in the middle of a big remodeling project on our house, and I need to stay focused on that.

RE: Monroe Cemetery Question
I plan on heading out to the cemetery later this afternoon; I'll see what I can find.

RE: Monroe Cemetery Question
There is a map of the cemetery here:

If you can give me an idea which plots you are thinking about, I can take a look when I go out to get the requested photos.

Please disregard my previous message regarding not finding the grave marker for C.R.Zimmerman. I have located it under the Silsby name at the address previously stated and will post it.

Charles Zimmerman and Ethel's address in Glenwood is Winding Way, Garden of Roses, Lot 5. I could not find a marker. If you request, I can take a picture of the grave site.
