RE: Horsham Cemetery
You have a request for 5 photos at Horsham Cemetery so if you go to the website titled Carols Headstone Photos and scroll down to Horsham and click the link you will find that there are 12 Holmes headstones at that cemetery and all the ones you want so, if you click the email link at the top of her page and ask nicely she will email you photos of EVERY headstone you need. Linda

Just Google Carol's Headstone Photographs and follow the links - she has already photographed the headstones and will happily email them to you. Good luck. Linda - Australia

Please stop using my photos that I have framed for my Family, in respect to them, and taking them without Permission as Memorial photos. You continue to do this from America. I framed this photo , Lyn Budden.

RE: Kennedy Charles Frailey
Thank you for the correction Evelyn. I was getting photos in the area and noticed things weren't matching up. I appreciate your response and I'm sorry for your loss.

RE: East Dereham Cemetery
Hi Evelyn
I live in Cheshire and was in Dereham a couple of weeks ago. And, because of that I checked to see if there were any photo requests. Your three were on the list.

If it is of any help, I have added a picture of the cemetery plan to the web site. You will see that it in divided into plots. Each plot has certain rows within it and a grave number within that row. The numbers you quote do not tally.

Furthermore, from the names of the roads you quote it looks like the cemetery to which you are referring is Norwich Cemetery and not East Dereham Cemetery. If you agree you will need to transfer the memorials to the correct cemetery.

East Dereham Cemetery
I visited this cemetery a couple of days ago, while in Norfolk, in the hope of photographing the graves of Grace Sayer, Margaret Toole and Marguerite Francis. Unfortunately I could not find their names in the register that the groundsman allowed me to look at. Perhaps you would like to confirm that you have the correct cemetery and if so, maybe someone else will have better luck in the future.

RE: Luke Toole's grave
Hi Evelyn
I suspect the death notice you found was in the Sydney Morning Herald, 3 April 1956, which just says died March 31 1956 at Sydney Hospital, aged 90, formerly of Manchester, England.
I noticed that the New South Wales BDM index shows a different age
16596/1956 TOOLE LUKE, 82 YEARS died at SYDNEY (here's a link)
You can buy a transcription of the death certificate for a reduced price from a couple of agents - here's a link to one I've used
The NSW documents can contain a lot of detail, if the details are known by the informant.
I found your request for a photo and I was going that way myself so I thought I'd see what I could find for you.
The cemetery now has an on-line database so I just looked up Luke Toole.
Here's a link to the database
Finding the actual grave is never so easy.
I am sure that is Luke Toole's grave, I checked by searching the name on the headstone visible in the photo
TOOLE LUKE (interred) 04/04/1956 (age) 90 (plot) C of E, Section S, grave 3186
Leslie Hamilton, (interred) 3 July 1956, C of E, Section S, grave 3188
I called the cemetery administration today and they could tell me the following
Mrs M.D. Jones, Bridge Rd, Queenscliff, Sydney
paid for the grave, there's room for two but no one else was buried there.
There are a lot of graves without headstones, I only found one of the few I was looking for.
It's costly just to buy the real estate let alone pay for stone work.
Good luck finding more information.

Howdy! You left me two different death locations and they cancelled each other out. Can you resend it? I linked three daughters to Isaac and Clara. Were there other children? -Rebecca

Sorry that it has taken me so long to get back to you but I have been away from home so did not have the hard drive where I store all of the photos. According to the file this headstone was not connected to any other and was in between ones for Butcher and Mills. I will transfer it over to you
