Bio and Links
Bio Photo I started out doing this after working with my family tree and realized that our family cemetery had no actual records of its existence or the people who were buried there, I also realized with so many of our senior family members departing us it was up to my generation to find out as much as I could about our heritage, it began as a challenge for me to locate the graves of my 2nd ggf and 2nd ggm Alex & Malinda Weddington Blankenship and has snowballed into a fascination with our local cemeteries and the people who rest in them and here I am today still plugging along linking our present with our past, and so begins the journey of my people.I can honestly say this is truly a venture I am glad to have taken, since I began this journey I have came to know quite a few family members had I not undertaken this task I would have never known, if anyone finds information they would like added or I have added a relative you would like transferred to you please do not hesitate to ask. I do this for the knowledge of those who will come after we are long departed.I enjoy adding records to me its more than scrolling through the news paper and putting a dob & dod in a system, I see it as a way people can express their memories for someone. I suppose my biggest pet peeve on Find-A-Grave is people who add names just to make their "Statistics" look good, so they setup a memorial and don't have the decency to put a bio of the person or the obituary that the news paper has printed, just my opinion its laziness.

RE: Ulysses Grant haynes
Sorry, I don't have anything on him. I got the cemetery list from Allara Library a couple of weeks ago when I was doing some research there. I haven't had time yet to do any research on anyone on the cemetery, but thought listing the cemetery might help someone. Thanks for letting me know I was right.

Do you have any information on the Mullins/Friend Cemetery or any cemetery listed with the Friend name? Someone has been giving me some information, and I don't know where to put it. Please reply to my email if you can. My computer will not configure Outlook, and an email I tried to send you did not go through. Nice sharing info with you.

This was entered in 2007

was entered in 2007 as were several other individuals you have duplicated.
When adding to a cemetery always check first to be certain no other entry for that cemetery was made.

this is also a duplicate:

have a good day

Rev James Thomas "Tom" Dotson
Thank you for accepting the edits. I have eliminated the duplicate memorial for Rev. Tom Dotson, so the transition is complete.

RE: Wilda and Sherman Colegrove
Are you related to George Washington Blankenship? Wilda Miller Colegrove was a cousin to Octavia Ratliff Blankenship, her husband was Roland Blankenship, son of George Washington. I do genealogy, so if you need any info let me know.
