RE: wrong information
Lisa the information on Aunt Nannie Lee's head stone was done by Grandma Bridges,Aunt Leola, Aunt Maggie Lee, Aunt George Lee and my daddy Renile Bridges back in 1942 when the head stone was bought! I am sorry about any of the wrong info on the head stone but it was the family who did this! I know my daddy tried to find Aunt Nannie Lee's death My sister Patsy Pendergraft may be able to give you more info or my brother George Bridges

RE: George Washington Casey
Hi Linda, George Washington Casey was my 2nd Great Grandfather, and I'm guessing that you are related to him too. Is that right? I received an email similar to yours about a month or so ago from somebody named Sandy Cole and she indicated that she had written a book that I perhaps had copied or plagarized. I've never heard of her or the book that she mentioned, and I'm not aware of any books that discussed George. There are many legends that have been passed down through family lines, most of which likely have been either embellished or misconstrued in the process. And that is where I got some of my information, in addition to plain old research which produced a few census records and some military references and such, and perhaps more than one G.W. Casey. With regard to the copyright statement, I put that on nearly every family bio that I post. That keeps a handful of people from stealing my work and posting it on Ancestry or LDS or wherever as their work. I'm not concerned about family members. Let me know if there is something you want me to do. Tell me how you are related if you would like to share that as a matter of interest since I'm not planning on writing anything else or George Casey and his line. Nancy
