Ella Barger Wellendorf Photograph
Melissa:

Thank you very much! Any chance I could get a copy of the entire photograph with identifications of the others in the picture? There is a Wellendorf family reunion (Lewis and Ella's descendants) scheduled for July 5. It would be great if I could get a copy of the photo you have. If you are willing, I'll try to come up with a medium for the exchange other than this public website.

RE: Ella Wellendorf
Melissa:

Indeed! I would be interested in any pictures you have that may include my great grandmother. Thanks.

Stambaugh wife memorial
I have created a memorial for Philip Stambach's wife for whom you said you have a picture of her gravestone. Thank you for the pictures and offer to add hers as well. Happy Memorial Day.

RE: Ella Wellendorf
You're welcome. Lewis and Ella (Barger) Wellendorf were my Great Grandparents. Are you related?

RE: Berger Cemetery
Hi, Sorry that I didn't answer sooner, your message got lost in a mountain of emails. I don't have any ties or additional information about the Berger Cemetery. I found a book by Dale Roadman and added the burial records from his book and from stones that I found that he missed. You might try the Chestnut Ridge Historical Society in Stahlstown. They have some cemetery records from the area and might have some information that would help you. I'm fairly sure they have family files too, so maybe something on the Berger family. Sorry that I couldn't be of more help. Good luck with your research! Barbara B.

RE: Regarding Samuel Hewitt-
The photo is a scan from an original Hewitt Family photo collecton. See http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/c/h/u/Marjorie-J-Church/GENE0001-0006.html for the source material for Illusive Bird.

RE: Re: Photo
No. I am in Virginia, where I have lived my entire life, although I was baptized in Paradise Lutheran Church. My mother is a Wellendorf, Granddaughter of Lewis (Louis) F. and Ella Mary Barger Wellendorf.

RE: Re: Photo
I don't know how much help I can be. I know their dad (my Great Great Grandfather, Barnabas Barger, Jr.) is also buried in Lake Park, as is one of his other sons, my Great Grand Uncle Grant. My Great Grandmother, Ella Mary Barger Wellendorf, is buried in Paradise Lutheran Cemetery, 3689 W. Western Reserve Road, Canfield, Ohio.

Melissa:

I presume you are inquiring about why I requested a photo of Homer Barger's grave. Homer Barger was my Great Grand Uncle. He was my Great Grandmother's (Ella Mary Barger Wellendorf's) brother.
