I'm an Air Force veteran who's been all over the world and lived in many states. I find it interesting to think I may have been to places where my ancestors lived.

Camp Nelson CC
I'm a little slow at telling you thank you for the wonderful pics you posted for the Camp Nelson Confederate Cemetery (Cabot, Lonoke Co., AR). I maintain the main page for the cemetery and several of the memorials.....but I live in Oklahoma......so it's really good to see how the cemetery has been updated with the painted black entry and new gate. Thanks so much!

I think you're correct, my source must have reversed middle and last names. Thanks very much for catching it!

You might want to request photos of their tombstones on Find A Grave. There maybe someone who lives close by. I plan on going back next year but the cemetery is 3 hours from my house so I don't get there too often.

Mary Shaulis
It is in the Athens County Historical Society Book for the Marshfield/New Marshfield Cemetery printed in 1981. They have her name as Mary West Smith Shaulis. I have had the book for a while and waited for someone to add the names to the cemetery but no one did so I am adding them. There are 14 Shaulis in the book. I have not posted all yet. I became interested in New Marshfield when I found my GGrandparents and other ancestors buried there. I have visited twice and it is large cemetery.
