Bio Photo It is my passion to pursue family history and in doing so, I found my way to Find-A-Grave.
I love to do gravestone photography and share it on FAG. When I receive "edits", I am so grateful that someone is remembering their loved ones, linking family members and (hopefully) appreciating my efforts!

Estella Dick/Andrew Tofte
Hi, Tammy, I found your record for Andrew Tofte. He is my great-grand-uncle. I added a record for his wife - Estella Dick Tofte and linked the two. Would you be willing to add your picture of his headstone to her memorial? It shows her name, birth date and death date?

I also updated his dates based on research I have done.

Thank you so much. I appreciate your help.

Thanks - Rugan Saal - long lost relative living in Utah

Mary Ellen Durkin Steward Photo
I had put in a request for a photo for Mary Ellen but you sent it back stating the office has no record of her being buried there. Mary is a cousin of mine and my family says she is buried near her husband. I am hoping the office is mistaken. Her obit even has that she is buried there.
You don't by any chance have the phone number for the office do you?
I really appreciate all you are doing on Find A Grave!

Girtons at Greenwood
Thank you for your great work. Clifford is my 5th cousin. In my 40+ years working on the Girton tree, this is the first I've heard of baby Dorothy. Again, thank you so much. - Melva

RE: IBACH grave locations, Brookings county
MY GOSH..THANK YOU for all the work you have done on the IBACH. I have to tell you how I started on this family. I have added about 3500 memorials to Eldora Cemetery,Hardin County, Iowa. Someone sent me an obit last month to add to William IBACH (Sherman W. IBACH) father and Donald's g-father. It listed his children, stating that Sherman had gone to White to farm. To make this short..I couldn't resist putting this family together. I have worked for 19 years at a large regional FamilySearch Library in Mesa AZ. I teach genealogy research to the staff and lecture in the communities in the Phoenix area. I am getting ready for 2 lectures. One wll be the end of this month and one in April on Find A Grave. Having this amazing experience with YOU doing so much as a volunteer contributor in Brookings that I have changed my lecture to highlight the IBACH family. I can't wait to tell this wonderful experience at Find A Grave. THANK YOU SO MUCH. If you see a PIERCE relationship to Ester, please let me know. I think tomorrow I'll do some looking also.
