RE: Ruth Weigmann
Hi Charles,

It is because the memorials you created are duplications of ones that were created earlier. Before memorials are entered, one must check to make sure that it is not already there. Hope that helps.

Thanks,

Sheryl

Rods/Military markers
I am afraid to say that these are being stolen for scrap metal.....some people have no mercy! Shame on them and thank you for your effort but I bet they disappear as well. Sad situation isn't it. Thank you for your service!

Hunting up photo requests
I agree Charles! It is hard to find them. The Lindenwood office has maps for each section, but sometimes those maps don't really match the reality of the grounds!

Welcome
Now that we have caught up. Welcome to Find A Grave. I hope it helps you as much as it does me. I and a friend read the tombstones in cemeteries and then record that info in Find A Grave hoping that others will find it helpful. Happy Hunting

RE: Ott Family
Dennis and his wife lived right across from the Burr Oak church. I remember one Sunday they had to leave church because the hogs got out. LOL I went to school with Vickie Ott Gaerte and her sisters. We rode on the same bus to school. WOW Oh yeah, I was born in Luckey Hospital
