Hi Y'all! I have been researching my family history since Decemeber 2011 but had pidled with it since I was a young girl. |
My family is from all over including: GA, TN, AL, LA, TX, OK, OH, IL, and all over Europe. Surnames include: Wright, Livingston, Griffis, Melugin, Davis, Gray, Sparks, Connell, Moreland, Ousley, Briggs, Watt, Jefferies, Tucker, and many more!
I am happy to share ANYTHING that I post. I have no crazy rules. I do ask that you give me credit for my own photos' and do not claim my work. Other than that...please...we are all out to reach the same goals!
Be Blessed by my work.

Thank you for the effort. If you don't mind I will copy the info on the cemetery to the memorials.

I know there is a reference to the marriage of Thomas Lambert to Martha Ann Holman on page 47 of: THE LAMBERTS, found at Coweta County Gen. Society
Source Repository, Coweta County Genealogical Society. Grantville, Georgia.
If this is the same place you are talking about visiting weekly, this would be wonderful! I know the reference is there, but a copy/scan of the information would be much better for my supporting documentation.
Thank you again!

No, no relation to the Speers. I just look for obits and photos. Darned if I can find that memorial, though. Can you give me the memorial #, please? I can tell you more if I see the memorial-I see hundreds a week, dont remember unless I can look at it.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide the photos for their memorial. I greatly appreciate your efforts.

Thank you so very much for finding the locations and taking the photos of my ggg grandparents' markers (Thornton Holman and Martha "Patsy" Ligon Holman), and also that of their daughter Elizabeth Holman Hopson! I was pleased to see that the repair my Uncle Norman Holman arranged for Thornton's marker is holding. I was sorry to see the state of Elizabeth's marker but that is why these photos are so important, as no marker will last forever.
If you do happen to be able to stop by and try again when the light is better (as you mentioned you might), I would be grateful, but please know that I appreciate your efforts and what you have accomplished. I am far away in Indiana!
Many heartfelt thanks,

Thank you for the transfer of the "correct" memorial. I have added links and have deleted the one from Oak Hill Cemetery.
Thank you again for your continued interest in finding Frank Askew. I know it was by chance that you and Monica found him at the Franklin Cemetery, but the fact that you remembered him in connection with my query of you it wonderful.

Cheerful .... you are a Godsend! Thank you so much for finding him and notifying me! I will be deleting the memorial from Oak Hill Cemetery. If you are willing to transfer the memorial to my care, I would be very thankful!
Please give my "Thanks" to Monica as well. Sharon Frank Patrick has also found a good many of my family members in Heard, Coweta and Troup county. She is quite generous as well.
I was off the computer for over a week - RAM died in one computer and then the onboard PCI/Ethernet died in my other computer. Just got it fixed today. I have LOTS of Find A Grave emails and others to catch up on!!
