I will consider a request for a transfer of a memorial I have created, if it sounds reasonable, for example, if the requestor is more closely related to the decedent than I.
I am also a photo volunteer, concentrating on cemeteries in Vermilion Parish near Kaplan, my home town.
It is the policy of Find-A-Grave that the person who takes a photo automatically owns the copyright to that photo. Only that person may copy that photo or alter it. Others must have the permission of the copyright holder.
Any volunteer photo I have taken may be used freely by the person who requested the photo, for personal use only. I can be acknowledged as the photographer, if desired, but it is not absolutely necessary. Pictures may not be used for commercial purposes. I will consider a reasonable request to transfer the actual copyright to a photo, for example, to a person more closely related to the decedent than I.

Just for your info ... Photo of grave marker to be Amy rather than May.
I just found out that you and I might be related through marriage. I am not familiar with the Mouton family and do not know how they are related to the Chauvin's. Any idea?
|Lisa Gaspard||Joseph LeMaire|
Hi, Glen, my name is Lisa LeMaire Gaspard. I am Carroll's daughter, Joseph's granddaughter. I remember your father well when he would visit his sister and I was there. I was very fond of him as was my grandmother. She named my father after him. My mother in law got me into genealogy some years ago, but I put it away for awhile. I'm just getting back into it and I just recently discovered this website. It has helped me tremendously finding family members and dates. I noticed some family members have been connected which has helped me find those I didn't know about. I would like to help others by linking the ones I know. I have started by documenting the gravesites and linking family members at our family's cemetery in Perry (Demosthene Hebert Cemetery). Joseph's parents are buried there and I would like to put this connection on his memorial you have created. Could you please do this for me? If you would like to transfer these memorials to me, I can take care of it. I would also like to link Lillian Hebert with her sister and brothers through their parents. My email address is email@example.com if you would like to communicate. I was wondering if you do genealogy and know anything about the Foreman side of the family.
