As a member of the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs I can tell you that there is not marker for Charles Carlton in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. He is buried in the Potters Field which is in the Southwest corner of the cemetery past the Japanese memorial. There are very few markers in this area and I have documented the ones that are there. Sorry for the disappointment.

Thank you for going to the cemetery, taking the wonderful photos and posting them to the memorials it is truly appreciated. When I request additional information be added to the memorials I will request that they make a note that a marker could not be located for Robert.
