Carolyn,
He is also a cousin to me and I like to keep the memorials that I add who are in my family tree. I would be glad to add anything for you and, of course, you are free to add any pictures yourself.

Eastern State Hospital Cem
Barbara is correct that it is imperative to check the Cemetery main page before requesting photos for this or any Cemetery. It will save everyone time and effort.
This cemetery is a disaster, as the ESH Association states there may be as many as 10,000 unmarked graves on this hospital property. It opened in 1824 and they will not release the records of burials to the Association.
Go to:
http://saveagrave.net/eastern-state-hospital-project
From the site:
"Unmarked graves have been found. In 2005 digging for a waterline project, 11 graves from the mid-1800s were discovered behind the main building. This past spring another 170 were found in the same area under a road. These graves were found as the hospital undergoes it's transition from psychiatric hospital to a community college. Many more will likely be found as construction continues."
Also some of the deceased where donated or sold to the Louisville Medical in the early days and were not traced.
Most of the existing buildings that were the Eastern State Hospital has been demolished and the Facility moved to brand new buildings in another part of Lexington. A new bunch of buildings and different company are now on the original site of ESH.

RE:Williams Oaks Photo Request
Notes on the Eastern State cemetery page state:
Cemetery notes and/or description:
There are Only three graves which have heastones:
Brent Roberts
Sophie Turner
Sallie Frazier
The others are numbered plots but they are unable to determine who is buried in which plot.
It is very difficult to obtain permission to visit the burial site.

You may want to check on a cemetery page before requesting a photo for a memorial just in case there are some exception as in this case. You may also want to consider removing your photo request for this memorial since there are no stones to photograph there
