RE: PATSEY LEGGETT
Hi,
I am not related, but my aunt by marriage is related. Her name is Linda (James) Schieber. It very well may not be there and I can look at the info I received from her regarding the location of the gravestone. Thank you!

RE: THOMAS PICKINS WOODARD - Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery
I don't know Rose Chambers Carpenter's husband's name or where exactly she lives in Alabama. I presume it's somewhere in Winston or Cullman Counties because she frequently posts memorials on Find A Grave from recent deaths there.

I have her as one of my Find A Grave friends on my bio page (R Carpenter). If you click on it, her bio with her picture will come up.

Pam,

I talked to my cousin Wayne Denson this evening and he said Pick is what they called Thomas Woodard and that he did live below Liberty Baptist Church for a while before he died.

Yeah, Nesmith is booming and will soon overtake Addison and Arley :=)

I have a number of ancestors buried at Pisgah (down from Nesmith), including my maternal grandparents, great-grandparents, two uncles, and several great-uncles.

Are you related by marriage to Rose Chambers Carpenter? She is from around your area nad is a frequent contributor to Find A Grave.

If you don't object, I will add you as a friend on Find A Grave.

Pam,

Not sure if he was called "Pick" Woodard or not but it kinda makes sense, since his middle name was Pickens. I didn't know him, but I'm sure my cousin Wayne Denson, probably did. I talk to him and his wife Shirley frequently and I will ask that question and let you know.

By the way, I think I remember you from Liberty Church back in the 1980s when I used to go there with Betty Denson and her children, Rodney and Mary Ann, when I would come down for a visit. I believe you have a younger sister named Cindy, if I'm not mistaken.
