There is a Viola Burkhammer listed already with similar dates...might this be the same lady? donna

Hi Brian - You are very welcome, my pleasure.
We didn't see the names of Hereford Smith, Stata (Smith) Hartley or Smith Rinehart in the Thomas Cemetery. However, the cemetery is in pretty bad condition, generally speaking, and their are several grave sites that only has un-inscribed rocks for monuments. The only Rinehart we found in the cemetery was that of Metta Rinehart, wife of O. L. Rinehart. Hopefully I will have her monument photo on her memorial by tomorrow.
Some temporary markers provided by funeral homes had the names of the deceased missing from the marker.
I looked at 3 different listings by 3 different people for those names also, to no avail, sorry.
I am in the process of putting headstone photos onto respective Find A Grave memorials as my time permits.

There is no stone on this grave and the temporary marker is quite beat up by grounds keeping. There are no dates on the marker as I saw on other temporary markers. Also the "Helen" portion has been smashed and is nearly unreadable. I did post a photo of this marker.

There is already a photo on his memorial. Why the request for another one?

Sorry, messaged the wrong person!

I stopped and searched Olive Branch Cemetary in New Knoxville for 'Ryan' headstones. I couldn't find any. There are lots of damaged stones there and they are piled together. Could be in these.

You're welcome, Brian. I do have several shots of the big building where Alice is interned. If you want to delete the shot of her marker with the date or whatever it is written on top of it, I can upload the outside picture of the building. It's a lovely cemetery with a pond etc and I can put that on your site if you want me to. Thanks for writing.

Was Ellen's maiden name Carter? Was her son. Harol, born in West Virginia? I think he is buried in Arlington.
I don't know anything about her husband. If you didn't find a listing for him in the San Francisco National Cemetery, he is probably buried someplace else. While we don't have all of the tombstones and markers photographed, I think the database is pretty complete. What was her husband's name?
Section PPE, where Ellen is buried, is bit different than some of the other sections. I have no clue if what I think is correct, but I've always thought that those buried in Section PPE died while the family was living in the area, but the family later moved on as military families do. There are a lot of children in that section and very few couples or families.

I saw your photo request for Ellen Coburn. There already is a photo on the memorial page. If you wanted a better photo, now is a bad time to ask. The cemetery is undergoing a restoration section by section and right now the section that Ellen is buried in is one of the sections being worked on. Translation: It's a mess.
With respect to your question, I don't know if she is Ellen Nixon. But, I have uploaded an image that may have enough information on it for you to determine if this is the person you are looking for.
