My name is Dawn (Detrick) Miller. I have been a member since April 2013. Thank you to all who have contributed to findagrave! My research has been so much easier because of you.

My turn to give back. I will be posting pictures and information for my relatives as I have time. At this point I will NOT be walking cemeteries but maybe in the future.

I have a copy of the Pawson Family History 1796-1907 and it's supplement 1907-1913 by my great great aunt, Frances M. Pawson Tingley. My Pawsons are from Lenawee Co., Michigan. This is the book that started my interest in genealogy.

I also have a copy of John and Neva Pawson's family history by Edythe Blum last revised May 10, 1972.

Frances and John are my great grandmother's, Winifred Pawson Semark, siblings.

If you would like a copy of either of these please let me know.

Thank you for the comment - Edward Hawkes, her husband, is a first cousin. Thank you for putting up the memorial in the first place.

Here is the links and information for the obits of the Stewart family in Leamington. The link will bring you to a viewer where you can see the page of the paper the obit was on. You can just move the page around with your mouse to see the whole page to locate the obit. If the links don't work you can go to the website directly (, choose the Leamington Post and the correct date and page from what I have here.

RE: Alexander Henry Stewart - 1874-1958
You had asked for the photos of Alexander Henry and mentioned that you would also like his parents with the names Alexander and Elizabeth. I looked at the cemetery transcription books for both cemeteries and located Alexander and Elizabeth Stewart. I also looked up the obituary of Alexander(Father)and saw that he had 3 sons Kenneth, Henry, and Ephraim. I then looked up the obit for Henry Stewart and the dates on Alexander Henry's stone matched the dates for Henry in the obit. I also looked up the obits for Ephraim and Kenneth which also listed their brother as Henry. So with that information I figured that Alexander Henry generally went by the name Henry which I have found to be very common here in Ontario (people going by their middle names)and that his parents were buried in Lakeview Cemetery which is older than Evergreen. I did not find another Stewart couple named Alexander and Elizabeth buried together in the same cemetery in Ontario in the Ontario cemetery database.

Alexander Henry Stewart - 1874-1958
I have also added memorials and photos for Alexander's parents, Alexander (1844-1930) and Elizabeth (1847-1934). They are buried in Lakeview Cemetery in Leamington, Ontario. If you would like to link with Alexander Henry, the Father Alexander's ID is #120371559 and the Mother Elizabeth is #120371602. I am also willing to transfer these memorials to you since they are your relatives, please let me know if you would like ownership of them.

Ray Lighthall
you asked me.... Do you know who Ray Lighthall was? I have a funeral card for him - July 10, 1896-July 25, 1978 buried in Toledo.

Here's what I found on His mother was an 'Oliver'....
Ray Lighthall is from Ridgeway, MI. His Parents are Beecher Lighthall (1859-1942) and Olive E. Oliver (1865-1957).
Olive's parents are George L Oliver (1832 - 1901) and Mary Wyrill Oliver (1833 - 1895).
Olive's grandparents are Simon Oliver (1806-1889) and Mary Wright (1809-1898).

Does that help?

Here's Olive's findagrave...
