|Harold D. Barry||RE: Just to say hello|
Thank's for the hello.. Earl was my first cousin once removed.. I didn't know that He was married a second time.. I never knew any of the family since they were all in Ohio, and I was born and raised in Nevada.. All my information comes from the records of my aunt, (dad's sister), and the work she and her daughters did.
Who was you Mother and when did she and Earl marry? I visited his and Sarah's graves in McArthur when I visited Ohio in 2006. Anything you can add would be great..
Thanks again, Harold Barry Find A Grave Cont.#
|Candace Hill||RE: Early Baha'i - Albert Dorrida|
I'm happy to add him to the list, I made one for Maryland Baha'is, and encourage you to make your own cemetery lists on Find a Grave. It's always better if more than one person does these kinds of virtual archives.
In Find a Grave land, we refer to memorials by their numbers, Albert's is #593493 because that's the number you would use to connect with spouses and children. I see that this memorial is "owned" by the U.S Veteran's Affairs. If you have a short biography for him, you can suggest it by using the edit tab on the far right of the entry and maybe they will transfer ownership of the memorial to you.
I have found that many people who have uploaded a large number of entries are happy to transfer ownership to people like me who are willing to care for them and add more information. That's how I "manage" several of them as they were gifted to me. This is a fun hobby. And please ask me any questions. I've been trying to get more Baha'is interested in making these lists and keeping records of the graves of our beloved dead.
