William Alvin Alexander
Your memorial for William Alvin Alexander #143511299 in Oak Grove Cemetery, Chelsea, Mi. is a duplicate of one created earlier in 2011 Find A Grave# 64644672. Perhaps this person will transfer the older memorial to you and you can erase the later one. If the person is unwilling to transfer, then I wont blame you for keeping your own. I am just always looking to streamline the percentage numbers for cemeteries and to eliminate if possible duplicates. Thank you for your time. Adam

RE: siblings
Robyn, of course I remember you. Everyone that has a memorial has a is on the bottom left of the front page of their memorial. Write it down and write down the person whose number it is because you will leave that page. Go to the persons memorial you want to link.....on the left there should be a link that says link family member. Click it and you will see a place to enter the number of that persons parent or spouse. Now, when two siblings have memorials and have the same parents linked to them, they will automatically be linked as siblings. I know it sounds complicated but it really isn't. If you need more help, I can make up an example for you to walk you thru it.
Best regards, Pam

Memorial Transfer
I am happy to transfer Claude Alexander to you. Once he is transferred, you should be able to do most anything you please by clicking on the "edit" tab on the upper right.....if you have any questions, feel free to send me an email.
You don't really have any responsibilities to the site other than to follow the rules they have which are well documented in the forums. Also, you may want to start your own "virtual cemetery" of your own ancestors so they will all be in one spot and easy to reference.
Welcome to Find a Grave!

RE: old keowee courier
Hi, Robyn,I will be glad to send the link to the Keowee Courier, but I will need your e-mail address. I can't send a link threw find a grave. The Keowee Courier are years 1861-1922. Most of the older ones don't have what we consider an obit., there is usually just a death notice. I love to read threw the older copies and I have found quite a bit of info on my ancestors. Just send me an e-mail @ and I will be happy to send the link. By the way, I have a couple of ancestors that married Alexanders. They are buried in the Alexander Cemetery.
