Bio Photo Son of Cotton/McGrath.
I started looking for my mother's ancestors around 2012: McGrath, Mangan, Joy.
Then I hit a lot of brick walls and started looking on my father's side: Cotton and a lot more brick walls.
Then I decided to start looking for my husbands family. Wow! Now there's a lot of history there! Bostwick, Calkins, Avery, Allyn, Matlack, Smedley, the list of colonial Americans, revolutionary heros and Palatine Germans is amazing! It's funny, sometimes it's harder to find the 1st g-grandparents than the 10th!

You are welcome Michael Cotton. Glad I was able to provide it for you! It is a simple but beautiful headstone! If I can help with others I will be glad too!

Also...I have cotton ancestors. How far back do you have your line? I'll have to take a look. Ours is pretty far back. They married into Catledge and Pruitt.

Thanks so much for their headstone photos. Much appreciated! Especially since they were probably pretty hard to spot!

I have been deleting some old emails and am not sure if I thanked you for taking the Predmore family gravestone photos in the Sparta Cemetery. If I did, just consider this for all the work it takes to find and photo the stones. May you have a great holiday and new year. Keep up your good work.

RE: Dawson Woodruff
His wife has a burial location of Plot: 642 Map 1912, not sure what that means or if it helps...
