I have been doing some research on some of the Freemasons in my local lodge and Find A Grave has been one of the most valuable resources I have found. |
It is free and that is the way it should be. I decided to return some of what I have gotten out of it by trying to help others.
And Loving it.
I am not logged in as often as I used to be so if you suggest an edit that does not get done, just send a friendly reminder.
If I should have a memorial that you would like to manage just ask.

|Susan Brown||Need an updated photo|
Thank you for taking the photo of the grave of Beulah Dean Davis, Ava Cemetary in 2013. At the time there was only a temporary grave marker, but now there ia a stone. I would never have known that without Find a Grave and you.
I would love to have an updated photo added to the site showing the marker that was set in April.
I live in CA and am unable to travel to take the photo.
Thank you very much

Thank you for taking the time to get these photos for me. I am sorry to have taken so long to respond. I have not worked on my genealogy for almost a year due to the health of my mother. She was my partner in our genealogy adventures. I lost her last month so it may be some time before I resume my search. Thanks again for your time in taking the pictures for me.
|Sheila Anderson||RE: Mike Woods' Grave #2|
Do not apologize, I have searched many times for a date of death for my grandfather and I think you may have provided me with that. I really am thinking this is his grave. I have sent an email to the little church by the cemetery. Again, I have nothing but gratitude for your posting photos from the cemetery. If ever you are looking for someone in Washington state, please contact me. Perhaps I could help. Thanks again Royce. Sincerely, Sheila
|Sheila Anderson||Mike Woods' Grave #2|
Hello, My mother's father's name was Michael J. Woods and she told me he was from Brushy Knob, Missouri. I am so hoping this is his headstone you have posted. Can you or anyone give me any additional info about the man buried here? My mother's father was a logger in Washington state in the early 1900's. He was known as Iron Mike because he was so strong. He had glaucoma and was losing his eyesight when my mother was a young girl. Does anyone have any info?

Thank you Royce. Please feel free to transfer Evelyn Sell's memorial, too, if you wish.
|Carole Linderoth||Doyle E. Sell|
Thanks so much for transferring the memorial to me. It is very much appreciated!

Evelyn was my Dad's sister and had no children. I would appreciate adding her FindAGrave listing to my memorials, if you are willing.
By the way, Doyl's name has no E. The E. was his middle name (Emanuel). Evelyn's full name was Lois Evelyn Staton Sell.
Please let me know if you are able to grant my request. Thank you.
