That trip was definitely a pleasure! There is this beautiful old cemetery, tucked behind the church and the library. A lovely old iron gate between the buildings lets you in...and then you see all these old slate stones, most of which are still upright. I only wish I had better photography skills, and more time to photograph the entire cemetery. What a treasure! And most of the stones are still readable... :D I am truly amazed no one has photographed the whole cemetery yet...this one is definitely a gem!
