Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am retired and live on the West Coast. My interest in old cemeteries came about while vacationing in New England... I love those aged graveyards with tilting headstones covered with moss and faded inscriptions.

"As you are now, so once was I,
as I am now, so you must be,
as you pass by remember me"

When I'm not traveling, gardening, or out photographing, you can find me curled up reading a good book with a cat (or two) on my lap.

RE: default cemetery photo question
First, welcome to Find a Grave. ^The only stupid questions I ever here are at press conferences. Several views of a cemetery may be presented to yhe folks at a Find A Grave. They will choose which one is the default and that photo will appear on every memorial in that cemetery.

The message "don't show cemetery photos on this memorial" allows the creator of the memorial to choose not to have the cemetery photo displayed. Only five photos are allowed, so if you want to display five you can delete the cemetery. This option is on;y available on the creator's memorials. That is why you don't see it on the other memorials.

I am curious as to how you chose me to ask yur question.
