|Liberty Keepers||Clark Transfers|
I have transferred the two memorials for your great grand parents as they are within the site guidelines. I politely decline the other two since great uncles and great aunts are NOT in the guidelines of memorials I have to comply with transfers. I deleted the G.W. Clark since it is a duplicate. Someone used the quick edit tabs to fill in information. I had all of the memorials with pictures but removed them when people started to add them to Ancestry without asking permission to do so. The stone is not clear on whether it was C.W. or G.W. since stone is age pock marked and at the time in an overgrown, unkempt family plot. I was not going to risk further destruction by touching it.
Also, please keep in mind the following contained in the guidelines of the site:
How do I get a relative's memorial transferred to me?
First, Determine if you really need the memorial transferred to you for management. Only request transferring of management if you have extensive changes to make to a memorial. ... Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request.
Eugene's mom was a Terry but her granma on her mothers side was a Adkins.
Joyce Terrys mom was Grace Adkins
and then on Eugene's dad Joel Daugherty his mom was Ocie Adkins and Grace were sisters There dad was Henry Sherwood Adkins. Nice to meet family on Find A Grave. Your brothers memorial well the pictures were so nice. I am sure you will do well with it .

|Leo York||RE: Hicks-Adkins Cemetery|
Again, I thank you. Wonder what condition the cemetery is in now 15 years later? I have visited a few Scott County cemeteries and most all are in good condition. I don't live in the near area but have many genealogical links to the county. I added this cemetery to this site from information in the Scott County Cemetery book.

|Julie Grabill Rasmussen||Henry & Elizabeth Woodward|
I, too, am a direct relative, through Sarah Shelton Woodward married to John Thomas Grabill, migrants to Harrison County, MO. I have put a tremendous amount of work into finding and connecting the children of Elizabeth and Henry Woodward to them. Even made a trip to Lee County, VA. For now, I prefer to keep these memorials. If you have anything to add to these memorials, I would be more than happy to do that! Thanks, Julie
|April||John and Rachel Lay|
John and Rachel Foley Lay are my direct lines as well. In fact, I descend from two of their children. So I will opt to keep the memorials for now. I am always happy to add/update info and give proper credit in the mean time.
